The hotel is conveniently located near the main casinos and within walking distance of popular tourist spots. It is just a short walk to famous casinos such as Wynn and MGM. Moreover, the rooms are clean with comfortable beds and the staff is polite and helpful. Guests can also enjoy a good breakfast to start their day.
There seems to be some issues with the internet service and TV channels due to ongoing upgrading work.

The air-conditioning was perfect, spacious room, comfy bed, easy check-in/check-out. Within walking distance to attractions, free shuttle bus service, delicious breakfast with local food.

This hotel is located in the prime area of the town, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions. The rooms have been renovated and offer a very nice view of the Macau tower. The staffs' English communication skills are good and they provide attentive service. The breakfast, although with limited options, caters to Asian appetites and is included in the value for money.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

Great value for money! the hotel was surprisingly spacious and clean, with a large and well, equipped Executive Suite. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the casino area and within walking distance to various attractions like the Ruins of St Paul's Church. Free WiFi was a huge plus, and there were plenty of Chinese cuisine restaurants in the surrounding area. the hotel staff were helpful and accommodating, making our short stay a pleasant one.
The only downside was the check, in procedure, which was a bit confusing and time, consuming. the staff seemed overwhelmed with the number of guests and there were long queues at the counter.
